Flowlitics provide competitive intelligence via stealth monitoring, signal synthesis, and visual analysis. The service is intended for professional and corporate use only.
3. Access & Waitlist
Access to Flowlitics is currently managed via a curated waitlist. We reserve the right to select partners based on strategic alignment and market relevance. Early-bird pricing for Pioneers is locked only upon confirmation and subscription to an annual plan.
4. User Obligations
Users agree to use Flowlitics intelligence for internal strategic purposes only. Unauthorized redistribution or public disclosure of Flowlitics reports is strictly prohibited to protect the integrity of the collective industrial secret.
5. Limitation of Liability
While our AI achieves high precision, strategic signals are provided for informational purposes. Flowlitics is not liable for business decisions made based on its reports.
6. Intellectual Property
The Flowlitics methodology, Signal Engine, and all platform architectures are the exclusive property of Volcanic Minds.
